5 years of mykrone.green
mykrone.green, the KRONE customer portal, is celebrating its 5-year anniversary, which has been met with great interest among customers.
Spelle, March 2025: The mykrone.green customer portal, launched at Agritechnica in 2019, is now five years old. The platform has been continuously developed since its inception and offers farmers, contractors and dealers valuable digital services.
Digital services boost efficiency
A special highlight is the E-Solutions Shop, where KRONE customers can purchase software products and machine add-ons conveniently online.
The trend speaks for itself: Almost 50,000 HP have been sold through E-Solutions, and more than 20,000 users in 58 countries are now using the platform to make their work with KRONE machines more efficient.
Another interesting and widely used tool is KRONE SmartTelematics, especially in the "Plus" comfort version. Together with the KRONE SmartConnect (Solar) telemetry unit, this tool can be used to transfer important machine data to the mykrone.green central support in real time and then evaluate it.
Range of services on the platform is being expanded
"The entire mykrone.green central support is continuously being further developed to become an ecosystem from which users, whether they be dealers or end customers, can find the right information for them," explains Heiner Brüning, Managing Director of Spare Parts & Service.
KRONE will further expand its digital services in the future to provide the best possible support for customers and make agriculture even more efficient.
