About the Role – Service Technician – Yuma, Arizona

As we are entering a new phase of growth and excitement within KRONE America, we are looking for a Service Technician to join the team, based in Yuma, Arizona. Reporting to the Service Manager-El Centro, CA Store, the key accountabilities of the role include:

• Responsible for performing retail and internal equipment repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose, inspect, repair, and assemble agricultural equipment.
• Document machine information and repairs completed on work order, including parts to properly account for all parts and labor used.
• Maintain a clean work area, as well as care for all shop tools, machines, equipment, and vehicles.
• Identify and communicate solutions for customer service opportunities. Assists with product demonstrations, as needed.
• Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment sold by the dealership.

Relevant qualifications are highly regarded, but practical job experience and a willingness to learn on the job will also be considered.
