About the Role
As we are entering a new phase of growth and excitement in North America, we are looking for a Support Specialist to join the team, based in Olive Branch, MS. Reporting to the KRONE Support Team Manager, the key accountabilities of the role include:
- Provide support to KRONE’s dealer network by answering phones and emails.
- Document summary of all communications into ticket system.
- Provide parts and service assistance to dealers, including parts lookup/research, availability, order tracking, parts issues, and troubleshooting minor service issues.
- Provide sales assistance to dealers, including machine availability, machine orders, ETAs, and program information.
- Provide accounting assistance to dealers, including open account/invoice questions, online portal assistance, and payment inquiries.
- Travel to dealers to perform training as required, up to 10% travel during work time.
- Train dealers on KRONE procedures and processes.
- Train and support staff on usage of SAP C4C (KroneLink).
