About the Role

As we are entering a new phase of growth and excitement in North America, we are looking for a EWSM (Equipment & Warranty Support Manager) to join the team, based in Olive Branch, MS and reporting to the Service Support Manager, the key accountabilities of the role include:

• Mechanical aptitude with desire to assist dealers in resolution of technical issues
• Effective communication skills; ability to listen, comprehend, and inform
• Excellent writing skills to report, track, and resolve technical issues
• Ability/desire to travel and spend time with dealers and customers
• Ability to teach others about our machines, processes, and systems
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Process warranty claims, track issues and communicate with service team

For this role, the prerequisite is experience and proven success in a similar role. To make an impact in this role, you need to be a self-starting, dynamic individual, passionate about ag machinery and providing excellent service to your customers. We are looking for team players who will add to the success of the growing business. Relevant qualifications are highly regarded, but practical job experience and a willingness to learn on the job will also be considered.
