About the Role
As we enter a new phase of growth and excitement in North America, we are looking for a Territory Service Manager (TSM) to join the team, based in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the key accountabilities of the role include:
 

• Providing technical support to dealers and customers.
• Managing and resolving technical issues in the field.
• Implementing and overseeing field modifications.
• Improving dealer service performance.
• Providing training and support to dealers.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners.

About You

For this role, the prerequisite is experience and proven success in a similar role. To make an impact in this role, you need to be a self-starting, dynamic individual, passionate about ag machinery and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for team players who will add to the success of the growing business. Relevant qualifications are highly regarded, but practical job experience and a willingness to learn on the job will also be considered.
